MENTORSHIP

Why it matters...

Wherever you are in your career, and whatever you’ve achieved, the help and guidance of many other people probably contributed to your success. If you’ve been lucky enough to have had a mentor at some point in your career, you’re especially aware of this fact. It’s likely that someone’s been your sounding board for new ideas, you're cheerleader when you’re struggling, your advocate for that promotion, and your inspiration for a new way of thinking.

FILEXCELLENCE Mentorship Program connects emerging Filipino/a/x professionals
with accomplished volunteer professionals in mentoring relationships. The program is open to all Filipino/a/x who wish to develop professional and networking skills. Our program is dedicated to setup future Filipino/a/x to success in the fields of Film, Medical, Sales, IT, Finance and Advocacy.
